&. RULES

( I )     Upon entering this carrd, the discord and the spaces of Secret Garden, you agree that you are at least 18+/21+ of age and that you are legal adult. If it is found that you broke this rule, you will be immediately blacklisted from visiting the spaces. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you are further interested in RPing with us, we also ask your characters to be above the ages mentioned. We have no tolerance for any underage content.

( II )     DO NOT MIX IC AND OOC. We cannot stress this rule enough. Even while people might use nicknames of their characters and share some of the traits, they are not their in-game counterparts and the characters they roleplay nor share their values. In-game consent does not mean out of character consent and it cannot be, under any circumstances, mixed. If you think you are experiencing this type of behavior, do not hesitate to contact officers and stop the scene immediately.

( III )     We are NSFW (open RP/ERP) and fictional dark themes environment friendly group. Even if there will be instances of innuendos, teasing and scenes of this nature, please, remain OOCly civil and always ask for limits of those involved in the scene or outside of it. Likewise, in the discord, keep everything to appropriate channels.

( IV )     Speaking about the NSFW content, we ask our members and visitors, given the nature of the FC, to be okay with mature, dark themes, such as FICTIONAL violence, slavery dub-con/non-con as it might be a very often explored topic, even if not at all times (you WILL NOT be forced to participate in the scenes such as that). Still, if these themes trigger you in any way, we recommend not participating in this roleplay group for the sake of your well-being and health. Remember, OOC comfort comes first. We also want to stress that we do not condone any of these topics OOCly or out of fictional boundaries.

( V )     NO LEWD/NSFW LALAFEL CONTENT. Unfortunately, we will not accept the lalafels due to the nature of the FC. Apologies.

( VI )     RESPECT OTHERS. We all carry different kinds of opinions, limits, etc. That is absolutely okay - but please do not let these things get better of you and make some situations more heated.
As such, there will be absolutely ZERO tolerance for drama. We also ask you to kindly respect any boundaries of others and this FC (i.e.: do not barge into private rooms or private RPs, etc.).
If you have a problem with someone, we encourage you to send the ticket to the officers (The World's Tree) with explanation of what is happening and possibly a proof of behaviour as well.

( VII )     NO POLITICS/RELIGION. Due to our rule of no-drama, we decided to ban these topics, as they may lead to very heated arguments and a lot of painful or sensitive conversations. Thank you for understanding.

( VIII )     We do not condone or tolerate (and never will) any harassment or aggressive behavior. This FC is inclusive space even while it is more focused on male and non-binary characters. Any unwelcome ooc behavior (included but not limited to: racism, bigotry, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, hostile behaviors; etc.) will be resulting in immediate strict punishment.

( IX )     If you have any concerns, problems, or ideas, please do not hesitate to reach out to the leadership of the group. We do have a ticket application in our discord and we encourage everyone to use it!

( X )     And lastly - if you wish to roleplay with us more in depth, please, fill out an application in our discord, after agreeing to the rules there, as well. You do not have to be a part of actual FC to be part of our story - BUT! While we may plan some open-night events, we require people to fill out the application to join us, as we are semi-private RP group. By doing this, we hope to find like-minded individuals that fit the roleplay group and also help with your decision whether the content here might be truly for you.

For outsiders, Secret Garden is simply a luxurious, lush green house built from crystal and glass. The visitors are aware of the goal of preservation and cultivation of many endangered species, much akin to the great halls of Labyrinthos in Sharlayan. After all, the mysterious Master of the house is an avid collector and preserver of fauna and flora. Only those chosen are aware of the fact that under the roots of the Grand Tree crowning the entire botanical garden, separated from the outside world, there is an entirely different garden. Cultivating the wishes of dark minds and burning, forbidden desires, the shackled slaves and ruling Free are creating their own ecosystem.The establishment first dealt only with few "flora", scattered around the continent of Ilsabard and Garlean Empire. Never seemed to settle, always changing bases. Out of the reach of the Grand Companies or the eyes of Scions or Allied forces. Only now, after the Empire lied in the ashes and fires of their own doing; the man had realized the importance of the set establishment - if he wished to keep the business running.Moving to Eorzea, he would need to reach out to the few... familiar souls. Whether they would like it or not, they would join. And then...others would. Tainted hearts and unfortunate souls.
